My Slow Experience is authorised to sell in the European Union. Delivery times vary depending on the carrier’s offer.
In general, parcels to Spain will be delivered by the national service provider: Correos. Parcels to Europe will be delivered by international carriers.
Shipping to Getxo
Free delivery by bicycle in the municipality of Getxo for a minimum order of 40€ (Las Arenas, Algorta, Andra Mari). Rounds are made once a week. On Mondays.
Also, it is possible to pick up by hand in Andra Mari.

Shipping costs for a parcel to Spain with an estimated delivery time of 3 days (home delivery)
Up to 1kg: 5€ including VAT
Up to 2kg: 6€ TTC
Free delivery for orders over 50€.
Shipping to Europe
Shipping costs for a parcel to Europe with an estimated delivery time of 5 to 10 days (home delivery)
Up to 2 kg: 15€ TTC.
Free delivery from 90€.
Packaging
We pay attention to every detail, because every detail counts. We avoid superfluous packaging. Nevertheless, the regulation of cosmetic products requires a precise labelling of the products put on the market (batch number, use-by date, ingredients in decreasing order of quantity…) Thus, our soaps have a minimum labelling allowing to communicate to the consumer the legal information.
For shipping, we try to use and reuse parcels as much as possible, thus avoiding waste as much as possible. And we are preparing other shipping solutions that are even more waste-saving. To be continued.
