This one doesn’t really need a real post, but just few things to say. If we are lazy, you can only use white vinegar which will help you to get rid of some bacteria and virus, it act as a desinfectant. But no study had been conducted to say if effective against covid-19.
White vinegar, and espacially the acid acetic inside, has been established to be effective to reduce the number of pathogens, help to kill some food-borne bacteria etc.
Very effective on glass and mirror, in the toilet, wood cutting board etc. But Avoid Marble and stone, white Vinegar can damage it.
So we can use white vinegar as you find it or mixed with water to clean surface. And here is my way to use it. For us, the smell is too strong so I am used to make a concoction with lime (lemon juice, en orange peels) !
Once again, this formulation is very cheap. White vinegar costs between 2 or 3 pound for one liter.
The ingredients
- 400 ml White vinegar
- Lemon juice (from one lemon)
- Citrus peel / orange
- 600 ml Water
The easy recipe
In a jar, pour 400ml of white vinegar, add slices of lemon, orange, pomelo, what you have. and a lemon juice
Leave it for 3 to 4 weeks,
Then filter,
Pour in a spray bottle.
Tag your bottle
Clean your house !
